I've spent years between clinicians, service managers, developers and suppliers, turning ambiguous operational needs into use cases, specifications and working software, and configuring clinical systems such as SystmOne to match real workflows. I know APIs, data flows and integrations hands-on, so my analysis comes with an understanding of what is actually buildable.
